ARW Contracts has been Designing Offices for many years, so we know what works and what is cost effective. We work very closely with a number of trusted reputable Arcitects within the industry in order to achieve consistently good results for our clients.

Our Design Team will take on board any ideas or specific requirements you have for your new Office Space. We will creatively incorporate your input so that you end up with a design which meets all the needs of your business. Using 3D Drawing Software such as AutoCAD, which has become the industry standard for architectural drafting, allows us to perfectly demonstrate our design concepts. We can even provide a '3D walk-around' of your proposed new office, so you get a real feel for it.

Most projects are drafted in two dimensional drawings at a scale of 1:50 We are able to print such drawings, in colour, up to A0 paper size. Sometimes, where it is difficult to visualise a particular element, a counter for example, we will produce a three dimensional (3D) image and email this as a JPG image file. The 3D image can also be rotated, with the rotation exported as a short video if required.

Ideas and designs can be quickly modified, enabling each client to be sure that their ideas are practicable – the Auto CAD drawings are to scale whereas sketches are not! Generally, we have found that the design phase of a project requires many reviews by different parties and this can now all be done electronically. PDF files can be annotated and returned several times in one day.
